Zhihu‘s American Depositary Shares (ADSs) have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since March 26th 2021 under the ticker symbol “ZH”.

Zhihu became dual-primary listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 22nd 2022 under the stock code: 2390.

Zhihu's fiscal year ends on December 31.
